2. Eligibility

• At least 18 years of age or using the services under parental/guardian supervision.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Using the services for lawful purposes only.

3. Products and Services

• Smart and digital electrical submeters for households, buildings, and institutions.
• JetCode App, which allows for real-time electricity purchase and top-up.
• Technical support, installation, and maintenance services for our submetering solutions.

4. Use of the JetCode App

• The JetCode App is available for download via the Google Play Store. Use of the app is subject to the following:
• Users must register an account with accurate and current information.
• The app may require access to certain device functions like camera, storage, and internet.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• JetCode reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All product prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments for products and electricity top-ups made via our website or app are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• JetCode is not responsible for delays caused by mobile money or banking network issues.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Products purchased via our platform can be delivered within Tanzania.
• Estimated delivery time and cost will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Customers must ensure accurate shipping addresses. JetCode is not liable for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate address information.

7. Returns and Warranty

• Electrical submeters may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if found defective or damaged.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
• All our submeters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
